Information management is a vital aspect that should be given serious attention. With strong leadership you are also able to identify risks to avoid or reduce it.

5. Extensive Communication Within the Organization

The staff must have a clear understanding of the project that's being pursued and the benefits it will deliver. Extensive communication then plays a very critical role on its success. It is the responsibility of project team leaders to equip staff with proper knowledge to work their way through the entire system.

Effective information management is not easy to achieve as it involves more than merely storing basic information but also technical aspects that demands consideration. Typically, it requires deploying new technology solutions like content or document management systems, data warehousing, portal applications and many others.
